Senior Product Manager (Machine Learning)
Description
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Machine Learning to lead the development and optimization of ML-powered features within our ATS platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, designers, and customers to ship innovative products that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ML product roadmap: Define and drive the product vision for machine learning applications such as resume parsing, job-candidate matching, sentiment analysis, and recruiter automation.
- Translate complex problems into actionable solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to deeply understand user pain points and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define model requirements, training data strategies, success metrics, and system integration.
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and data availability.
- Lead experiments and A/B tests to validate ML hypotheses and improve performance over time.
- Partner with UX/design to ensure ML features are transparent, explainable, and user-friendly.
- Act as the product evangelist internally and externally—clearly communicate the value and vision of ML features to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on machine learning or data products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling ML features in B2B SaaS, preferably HR Tech or ATS.
- Deep understanding of ML lifecycle (data acquisition, modeling, evaluation, deployment).
- Strong technical fluency—able to engage with engineers and data scientists effectively.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with agile development and rapid iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical master’s a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruitment platforms.
- Experience with responsible AI principles (bias mitigation, transparency).
- Knowledge of NLP, recommender systems, or conversational AI.
